The place is decorated in a mixture of real Danish grandma’s coziness and a raw industrial design.
Emmy is the name of my grandmother, who kept house while my grandfather ran a small farm.
From there, the inspiration has come to always stand with freshly baked buns and homemade food, cakes, beer bread, oatmeal, apple cake and whatever else we come up with.
We have given the old virtues a slightly modern and personal edge.
We are happy amateurs who appreciate cozy settings and good ingredients. Our staff deliver world-class service and genuine heartwarming smiles.
